found rusting iron in the scrap yard-after cleaning it up a bit, i then used it to dye fabric. 

using vinegar and salt
 to speed up the processes.  

the fabric after several hours of
 being tightly bound around the metal.

i used the fabric afterwards to create hypothetical patterns of what could be made? a dress? a skirt?
